He was sitting in the park in Greenville, singing (very nicely), "I've got angels watching over me." When I asked him if I could take his picture he started telling me about his surgery, the details of which escape me now.

I saw a group called "The Nordlingers" Led by Lex Nordlinger on the drums. He hardly looks old enough to shave, much less have his own jazz combo.

Nigiri in Greenville

I walked 3.5 miles from downtown to this izakaya, and then walked back downtown (I first typed "home") again. I was going to take a taxi back, but after waiting 40 minutes was told it would be another 20 minutes. So I got my exercise that evening.
