Beans and Greens

This dish is inspired by an Asturian dish called "pote de berzas" (collard green stew). Since I'm using canned beans and stock, it's easy and fast to put together. Washing the mustard greens was what took the longest.

My ingredients. I would like to use homemade stock, but there is not always time to make it. A variety of canned white beans, and sausage from Warren Wilson. Also a secret porcine ingredient.
