WAit, wait , wait a minute! I have been assuming that this is a high school grad pic, but suddenly I am thinking that maybe it ain't? Please clear this up. I'm just having a problem with the time line. (thinking out loud now...) I graduated in 1976, Lyzzy Bordyn started jamming around 1980... Is this pic from college or what? When did you go from cute boy to cave man?
Hey Jim, this photo was taken for the yearbook at MSU, when I was graduating from college for the first time. It was about that time that I morphed into a caveman.
Dr. Z, Naw ... No cowboy boots, no bandana, (except for when performing) just jeans and a tee shirt that was hip without being too obviously hip (it's a fine line, you know).
By the way, Spike Lee and I started the goatee thing around 1990. I gave it up around 1992. Spike has kept it up.
